We’re looking for compassionate, values-driven therapists who are:

  • Passionate about working with diverse and underrepresented communities

  • Bilingual or multilingual (preferred)

  • Experienced or interested in working with couples and leading groups

  • Comfortable offering Christian counseling to clients who request it

  • Aligned with our values and mission of cultural responsiveness and spiritual integration

  • Comfortable working remotely with autonomy and excellent communication

  • Seeking part-time with potential for full-time

Therapist Position Summary

This is a part-time W2 position that can grow into full-time (fully licensed clinicians have the option to have independent contractor status). Ideal for a therapist who is passionate about working with diverse communities, offering Christian counseling (when requested), and supporting individuals, couples, and families through culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families

  • Offer Christian faith-integrated counseling for clients who request it

  • Facilitate or co-lead community-based support groups and workshops

  • Maintain detailed, timely documentation and ethical standards of care

  • Cultivate a culturally attuned and trauma-informed practice

Qualifications

  • Active or provisional license in Illinois or Indiana (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, AMFT, or Psychologist)

  • Licensed or eligible to apply for licensure in Illinois and/or Indiana

  • Experience or interest in working with couples and groups

  • Self-motivated and a strong alignment with our mission, values, and collaborative spirit
