Ti’asha Oakes, Therapist Intern

Welcome to a space where transformation isn't just possible—it’s inevitable. Imagine a life where anxieties no longer define you, boundaries empower you, and relationships reflect your true self. Together, we can navigate your unique transformation with grace, helping you build resilience and step into your truth.

I am a therapist intern pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Governors State University. My training equips me with a deep understanding of therapeutic approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. These methods help address anxiety, conflict management, and boundary setting while fostering healthier relationships and connections.

As a Black woman, I understand the stigma surrounding mental health in marginalized communities. My goal is to break down these barriers, offering a space of empathy, understanding, and healing. I’m passionate about helping clients reconnect mind, body, and spirit, and I create personalized solutions that align with your needs. In a safe, non-judgmental environment, you can express your vulnerabilities and and become your most authentic self.
