"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are." – Carl Jung
There are moments in life when we feel as though we are standing between worlds never fully here, never fully there. Growing up as a third-culture kid, I know that feeling well. We carry fragments of many places, cultures, and stories, and often find ourselves asking,
Who am I?
and
Where do I belong?
These questions can feel heavy, even overwhelming, but they are also invitations—an opening to explore the depths of who you are. I offer a gentle, safe space where you can bring your story, your doubts, your worries, and the quiet parts of yourself that feel too loud to share anywhere else. Together, we can reflect, untangle, and honor every piece of your journey.
I have worked with clients between the ages of 10–50—supporting anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, self-esteem, confidence, and pre-marital counseling—I’ve witnessed remarkable resilience and growth. It is a privilege to walk alongside others, witnessing their courage and holding space for their healing. I strive to create an inclusive, multicultural, and affirming environment where every voice is valued. Fluent in English and Hindi, with conversational Korean, I connect across cultures to help you feel truly seen, understood, and embraced.
Your story matters. It deserves to be heard, honored, and celebrated. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate your journey of self-discovery, growth, and belonging.
